Are these pickups hand-wound?

Yes. Every pickup is wound by me, by hand, in my workshop.

How long does it take to make?

Made-to-order items usually take 1–2 days to build.

If I’m waiting on parts or something unexpected comes up, it might take a little longer. If that happens, I’ll always let you know.

Prebuilt items usually ship immediately or the next business day.

How do payments work? Is checkout secure?

All payments are handled securely by Stripe, which is one of the world’s largest and most trusted online payment processors.

I never see or store your card details. Everything is processed on Stripe’s secure checkout system.

You can pay using standard credit and debit cards, and Stripe supports all the usual protections you’d expect.

Can I return the item?

Yes. You can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund.

I just ask that it comes back in the same condition it was sent. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All pickups and assemblies come with a 1 year warranty against faults or defects.

If something isn’t right, I’ll fix it.

Can I order a custom item?

Absolutely. I love doing custom builds.

If you want a specific voicing, look, or layout, or you’re chasing a particular kind of sound, just get in touch and we can talk it through.

Do I need to solder anything?

Yes, but only two connections: the output jack and the ground (earth) wire.

That’s it. It’s a simple job, and there are plenty of quick YouTube guides if you’ve never done it before.

Are you doing humbuckers or other pickup types?

Right now I’m focusing on Strat-style single coils, because that’s what I’m deep into and refining.

I’ll branch out into other pickup types later, but for now I’m keeping things focused and doing one thing properly.

Can you do left-handed or other layouts?

Yes. Just contact me and tell me what you need.

Who handles shipping?

I ship using Australia Post, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is sent.
