Warranty & Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, I'll do my best to make it right.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• The item should include any accessories or packaging supplied where applicable.
• Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Warranty

All new products are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a product develops a fault during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, I will repair, replace or refund the item at my discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.

Exclusions

The following items are not covered by the 12-month warranty:

• Relic guitars.
• Second-hand or used products.
• Any item sold as used, vintage or pre-owned.

These products are sold as described and are not covered by the new product warranty.
